BMS Sales Manager
Kent (Hybrid Working)
Salary up to £65,000
I am working with a well known BMS Company that are looking to expand their team
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Management:
* Oversee the sales process from initial opportunity to project completion.
* Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
Client Relations:
* Actively engage with clients, including attending site/client meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with Electrical Installation and Panel Contractors.
* Work closely with Regional Managers and the Operations Team for project success.
* Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, offering customized solutions.

* Financial and commercial awareness.

Required Experience
* Proven experience in BMS projects.
* Customer-facing experience.
* Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.
