Commercial Assistant – Edenbridge, Kent – Construction Contractor - Full Time position based in the office, potentially visiting sites. Assisting the Commercial Director.
Our client are a medium sized residential contractor based in Edenbridge, who focus on projects all across all of Surrey and Kent.
Duties as a Commercial Assistant:
* Support the administration of contracts (e.g., JCT Contracts or NEC Contracts)
* Help ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
* Maintain records of contract documents and updates
* Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and subcontractors
* Prepare financial reports and cost summaries
* Maintain accurate records (invoices, receipts, variations)
* Help with audits and documentation checks
* Assisting with other with wider team on an ad hoc basis
Successful candidate for the Procurement Assistant:

Experience within similar role (Admin, Procurement)
*
Good communications
*
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise
