Qualifications
Essential
* Recognised energy qualification e.g., Degree/Diploma, specialist energy management qualifications or equivalent
Desirable
* EMA, ISEP
* Professional Affiliation e.g., CIBSE. ISEP, Energy Institute
Experience
Essential
* Implementing energy management programmes and processes.
* Energy Procurement and framework agreements
* Energy Contract management
* Awareness of sector specific energy management requirements such as NHS EstateCode, national Net Zero Commitments and Health Technical Memorandum
* Knowledge of lifecycle planning and delivery of energy improvements
* Experience of working in a cross multifunctional team
* Knowledge of different engineering disciplines and how they relate to one another.
* Experience of chairing meetings effectively
* Experience of working with external 3rd parties to ensure delivery of remedial actions.
Desirable
* Experience of energy reporting software platforms
* Delivery and management of asset condition surveys and appraisal guidance
* Knowledge and experience of PFI or PPP contracts
