We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team. The Opportunity As the face of the development during your shift, you will play a key role in ensuring the security, presentation, and smooth running of the site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines security responsibilities with customer service and site management. What You'll Be Doing Maintaining Safety & Security Carrying out regular patrols of the development and surrounding areas. Monitoring entrances, exits, communal spaces, and access points. Identifying and reporting security concerns, suspicious activity, or anti-social behaviour. Monitoring fire safety, CCTV, and access control systems. Managing contractor access and ensuring appropriate authorisation is in place. Supporting Residents & Visitors Providing a friendly, professional, and approachable service. Assisting residents and visitors with enquiries where appropriate. Building positive relationships while maintaining professional standards. Keeping the Site Presentable Ensuring communal areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming. Reporting maintenance issues, defects, and health & safety concerns. Maintaining high personal presentation and uniform standards. Reporting & Administration Completing patrol logs, incident reports, and site records accurately. Recording contractor visits, deliveries, and any site-related issues. Communicating important information to the Building Manager and wider team. What We're Looking For Previous experience in security, concierge, facilities, or customer service roles is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, calm, and confident approach. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities. The ability to work independently and use initiative.
