This is an excellent opportunity for a Control Engineer to join a well-established and innovative engineering business delivering bespoke automation and control solutions across multiple sectors, including chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team working across the full project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning. You’ll design electrical systems, develop control software (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Unitronics), and integrate safety-compliant automation solutions.
There’s real scope for technical growth, exposure to cutting-edge control systems, and involvement in international projects.
To be considered, you’ll need experience in PLC, HMI & SCADA programming, electrical design, and an understanding of industry standards such as ATEX, GAMP5, and the V-Model.
Control Engineer – Key Requirements
PLC, HMI & SCADA programming experience (Siemens / Allen Bradley essential)
Proficiency in Eplan 8 or similar CAD software
Experience creating technical documentation (FAT, IQ/OQ, specs, etc.)
Willingness to support project work in assembly areas and occasional international travel
Knowledge of ATEX, GAMP5 and V-Model methodologies (desirable)Control Engineer – Benefits:
