I'm currently supporting a global consultancy in their search for a Guidewire Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.
You'll be working closely with stakeholders to shape requirements and support delivery across Guidewire InsuranceSuite within P&C insurance programmes delivered using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Location: London, Midlands, Leeds, Glasgow, or Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £75,000

What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a central part in delivering Guidewire implementation and transformation projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients and project teams to understand requirements, proactively raise issues, and provide guidance on functional solutions.
2. Business Analysis & Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process maps, and workflows. Document current 'As Is' processes and define 'To Be' processes to support solution design.
3. Target Operating Models: Assist in the development and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs) to improve operational efficiency and align with business objectives.
4. Project Coordination: Coordinate project inputs, define reporting structures, and provide management with clear, actionable updates on project status.
