Key Responsibilities:
* Legal document preparation and research
* Proofreading and correspondence
* Supporting Real Estate matters, including new build development purchases
* Preparing Client Care Letters
* Conducting AML and Source of Funds Checks
* Preparing Engrossments
* Office administration tasks: note-taking, scanning, photocopying, organizing post
* Payment processing and billing
* Post-completion matters and correspondence
* Assisting fee earners with document and letter preparation
* Greeting clients and maintaining office tidiness
* Arranging couriers and postage
* Supporting Partners and other tasks as needed
About you:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent administrative skills
* Customer-focused with strong client relationship skills
* Reliable, loyal, dedicated
* Social, team-oriented
