Electrical/Avionics & Mechanical Engineers, Welwyn Garden City
Our products support the maintenance, modification, and repair of the Boeing commercial fleet. We are seeking qualified Electrical/Avionics & Mechanical Engineers with aircraft maintenance and/or aerospace engineering experience, based at our Welwyn Garden City site. Our engineers research and create technical documentation for airplane maintenance, modification, and repair, using automated research tools and authoring systems. Training and mentoring are part of our culture of continuous professional development.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables
2. Assist with the collection, research, and analysis of source data
3. Research and evaluate engineering source data and specifications
4. Develop or maintain technical publication elements for all levels of maintenance, retrofit, and repair
5. Coordinate the preparation of illustrative materials
6. Coordinate engineering requirements, schedule, and status with all stakeholders
7. Conduct quality and in-process reviews, including validation of technical publications
Work Authorization:
This position is for a locally hired candidate in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the UK. Boeing will not sponsor visas or work permits.

Basic / Required Qualifications:
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
* Strong IT and communication skills
* Knowledge and experience of aircraft maintenance and repair
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
