Job Title: Lead Administrator
Base Location: Newcastle/North Tyneside
Salary: £26,518 - £35,021 depending on skills and experience - Plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm.

Could you be our next Lead Administrator to join the team and drive this success forwards?
What will I be doing in this role?
In a typical day, you your role will involve you;
* Producing/Administering supporting paperwork to facilitate the Installation and maintenance of street lighting apparatus and street furniture on the Newcastle City Council PFI
* Ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and the general public through our in house customer care facility
* Working to and supporting our strong Enerveo Safety Culture
* Leading a small team of administrators in there general administration tasks, providing support and guidance as required
* Supporting the management team with set daily work practices to enable a smooth running office/work place
What do I need to be successful in the role?
* Experience in managing a team or evidence of acting as a team leader
* Proficient in all main Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to collate and manipulate data to produce meaningful reports and data
* Awareness of financial and resource control practices
Some of our ‘nice to haves’ are;
* We would look for you to hold a office based manual handling qualification, however training can be provided
* It would be a benefit if you have a good knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications
* If you are qualified in Emergency First Aid at Work this would be a benefit but not essential as training can be provided
* Experience in working with payroll and customer cases would be advantageous
