Job Description The job at a glance Join our team andyoullbe responsible forsolving complex product and business problems using data. You will independently drive analytical projects end-to-end, from problem framing through to insight generation and recommendation. Solutions could take any form, from dashboards and deep-dive analyses to experimentation and causal inference. Working in the Product Analytics department, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Heads of Product, and cross-functional teams, helping shape product decisions through data. By joining our team, you will play a key role in improving product performance while also contributing to better analytical practices and ways of working across teams. Your responsibilities Partner with Product teams to define,monitor, and investigate KPIs, ensuring clear linkage to product and business goals. Independently scope and deliver deep-dive analyses,identifyingdrivers of userbehaviourand product performance, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Contribute to product discovery by supporting opportunity sizing, hypothesis generation, and experiment design. Design and refinebehavioraltracking and measurement plans, ensuring high-quality and reliable data capture across user journeys. Work with data teams to source, transform, andvalidatedata for analysis, dashboards, and experimentation. Build andmaintaindashboards and analytical outputs using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Python, ensuring clarity and usability for stakeholders. Run andanalyseA/B tests and other experimentation methods, providing clear interpretation of results and business implications. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights effectively, influencing product decisions through data storytelling. Support and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches and best practices where needed. Qualifications Ideally5years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, ora related field. Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Product teams. Ability to work independently on complex problems with some ambiguity, structuring analysis and driving outcomes. Solid business and product thinking, with the ability to connect data insights to product improvements and business impact. Technical requirements: Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience using BI tools (e.g.Power BI, Looker, Tableau). Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g.Adobe Analytics, Amplitude,Mixpanel), including event tracking and analysis. Good understanding of experimentation (A/B testing), statistics, and data analysis techniques. Experience working with data pipelines or collaborating with data engineering teams on data modelling and transformation. Strong datavisualizationand storytelling skills, tailored to a range of stakeholders.
