The Role You’ll lead the student recruitment strategy across all dBs Institute campuses, focusing on building strong pipelines, growing engagement with schools and colleges, delivering standout recruitment events, and ensuring a seamless applicant journey— from enquiry to enrolment. You’ll also be responsible for managing recruitment delivery in Bristol and the South, supported by your team of recruitment officers and student ambassadors. What You’ll Do Lead national student recruitment strategy, setting and monitoring targets. Manage and coach a target-driven recruitment team across regions. Oversee and deliver exceptional open days, applicant events, and outreach in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and key influencers. Design and implement innovative, brand-aligned outreach programmes. Ensure an excellent applicant experience at every stage of the journey. Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to support student progression, widening participation, and recruitment performance. Use data to analyse, report, and improve recruitment strategies and conversion rates. Represent dBs Institute at UCAS fairs, careers expos, and community events. What You Bring Substantial experience in higher education student recruitment Proven success in managing high-performing teams In-depth knowledge of UK recruitment cycles and outreach strategies Strong event planning, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building skills Confident using CRM systems, data, and analytics to inform decisions Excellent project management and communication skills Comfortable working under pressure to meet ambitious targets Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Knowledge of the creative industries or arts education Experience in marketing, content creation, or EDI-focused outreach Degree or equivalent professional experience Why Join Us?
