4. Manage staff and volunteers, recruiting, training, and supporting them to ensure effective store operations.
5. Engage with customers and coach volunteers and staff to have meaningful conversations, encouraging donations and sign-ups for our loyalty scheme.
6. Meet sales targets and manage costs within budgets.
7. Follow financial reporting, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures.
8. Process donated goods according to standards and timelines, pricing in line with charity guidelines.
