A well-established and highly respected law firm in the Reading area is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor specialising in private family work to progress within a friendly, recognised, and award-winning team.
The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload of private family matters, including:• Divorce and separation• Private children matters• Financial remedy work• Cohabitation agreements• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements• Domestic abuse matters (non-molestation and occupation orders)
You'll work alongside experienced lawyers, benefit from excellent administrative support, and have access to strong referral networks that continually generate high-quality work.
Requirements• Qualified Solicitor – NQ up to 6 years’ PQE considered• Experience in private family law• Strong client-care skills and the ability to manage sensitive cases• Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision• Confident in business development and maintaining client relationships
