Head of Underwriting role at Stride Resource Management. Location: Flexible (with regular travel to Farnborough).

Responsibilities
* Be responsible for a diverse, complex portfolio across multiple lines, supporting organisations that play a vital role in society — from housing associations and charities to local authorities and education providers.
* Provide wide-ranging underwriting authority and be the go-to decision maker for complex cases and portfolio steering.
* Lead change, improve processes, drive efficiency, and shape the underwriting strategy of the future.
* Collaborate at the top level with senior colleagues in Pricing, Claims, Finance, and Distribution, as well as external partners, to ensure market-leading results.
* Lead the talent development and build an inclusive, high-performing underwriting team ready for the future.
