What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions Generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong pipelines Building and maintaining client relationships Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous residential property sales experience Proven track record in a sales-based role Valuation and listing experience preferred NFOPP / NAEA qualification advantageous but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner High standards of presentation and organisation Knowledge of Dunstable and surrounding areas beneficial Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential What's In It For You?
