Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. 1st or 2nd level registration
2. Diploma/degree in nursing
3. NMC Registration
Desirable criteria
4. Mentor preparation course or equivalent
5. Band 5 leadership course
Experience
Essential criteria
6. Previous experience in acute hospital environment
Desirable criteria
7. Experience of running endoscopy treatment rooms for both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Technical Skills Competencies

8. Basic life Support
9. Assessed as competent or willing to undertake oral drug and IV drug administration training
10. Experience in complying with nursing, infection control and risk management police

11. CVC Cannulation
