Community Integrated Care – one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities – is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The role involves leading a small team to support a young woman with Pathological Demand Avoidance, Autism and complex needs, and driving our "Best Lives Bolder" strategy.

Responsibilities
You will provide values‑led, person‑centred leadership, developing the supported living service, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring high‑quality care is delivered at all times. You will work closely with the young woman, her network and relevant professionals, listening to her needs, setting clear boundaries and driving continuous improvement.

Practice Leadership
Support the team in implementing care plans, model best practice, and ensure proactive, tailored interventions are delivered consistently. Facilitate positive risk‑taking, reflective practice and promote continuous learning.
About the Role
As Service Manager you will inspire and develop a team of Advanced Support Worker Specialists, maintain quality, safeguarding, risk management and record‑keeping, and drive high standards of accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
You will be an experienced leader in complex care, autism or individuals with complex behaviours, with a track record of building high‑performing teams. You are confident in managing challenging behaviours using proactive, reflective and innovative approaches, organised, resilient, emotionally intelligent and passionate about delivering life‑changing care.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g. Nursing, Social Work, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland)/Care Management Level 3 (England))
* Level 5 in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) or willingness to work towards it
* Experience of managing a small team of support staff
