The Role This position involves taking a lead role in the delivery of high-quality care within the home. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting care staff, overseeing care plans, administering medication where required, and ensuring residents wellbeing, dignity, and safety are consistently maintained.
You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Requirements Previous experience working in a nursing home setting
Experience in a Clinical Lead role within a nursing home
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
Ability to work flexibly across day and night shifts
