Amesbury CE Primary Academy is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our committed and nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a school community that places children's wellbeing and learning at the heart of everything we do.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENDCo to adapt resources and deliver targeted interventions
* Build positive, trusting relationships that support each child's academic, social, and emotional development
* Help create a classroom environment where every child feels valued, confident, and ready to learn
* Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning in every child you support
* Contribute to assessments, reviews, and the implementation of EHCP targets.
