We are representing a reputable and established law firm in Teesside, who are, due to expansion, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team based in Middlesbrough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in Conveyancing to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will provide manage own caseload of files (sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity) with support.
You will also support the conveyancing team in promoting and developing the conveyancing department.
About You:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner – Solicitor/Legal Executive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
