Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineering Lecturer
Location: Durham
Hours: 37 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as compliance cleared
Pay Rate: £22 to £36 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications - recent experience working at the same level in a FE provider is required for the top pay scale)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our team. Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by providing high-quality, industry-relevant teaching, learning, and assessment to Engineering learners across Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Level 1 and 2 Electronics
* Teach Mathematics to Level 4 learners
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate theory and practical sessions
* Support learners in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for progression into employment or further study
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of Level 5 or HND qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
* GCSE-level education or equivalent in Maths and English
* Assessor Award (e.g. TAQA, A1, or equivalent)
