Key Responsibilities
* Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
* Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
* Create amazing experiences for our customers by offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
* Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
* Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Demonstrated retail sales success.
* Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
