You’ll act as the key client contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 - No Hybrid options £35,000 base salary with Performance bonus Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from enquiry to handover
Act as main point of contact throughout
Prepare drawings, specs, and quotations
Source and manage materials
Coordinate teams and subcontractors
Monitor budgets, variations, and documentation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proactive, driven, and improvement-focused mindset
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Technical background (degree in construction or related field)
