18‑month secondment/fixed‑term contract and full‑time.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of the community health and wellbeing bus programme, ensuring that community delivery is well organised, high‑quality and aligned with programme workstreams and targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise Health Champions and other team members.
* Coordinate delivery activities and monitor performance.
* Ensure consistent reporting of programme activity.
* Maintain strong delivery standards.
* Support staff development and ensure residents receive effective engagement and support.
Located within the Lambeth Public Health team, the role supports community‑based care and prevention initiatives as part of the NHS 10‑year plan.
