How you'll make a difference: Receive, Book in, and QC inspect all materials delivered Liaise with external suppliers and control daily bookings Enter all delivery notes in JDA Complete all tranships between I2 and I1 Verify receipts and correct as required Communicate with late suppliers and escalate to stock control as required. Loading/unloading of goods of supplier deliveries Putting away of all goods with in racking warehouse using Counterbalace and Reach Truck Receipt, QC check and update CMS returns Complete and update the booking in system upon receipt of deliveries, checking goods receive notes match orders placed Notify suppliers, internal staff and sub contractors to improve quality and reject rates as identified Identify Non-conformities when affected by product, Quantity, specification, delivery & site rule failures Observance of all Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental System requirements Verify the quality of supplied goods and specification codes Act as a focal point for expertise on quality standards relating to goods received, including inspection of goods on the shop floor. Liaises with production and stock control in regards to the order planning schedule Supplier/HSE auditing as required Undertakes duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.
