Hatch Digital Marketing is a fast-growing agency based in the South West, delivering high-performing PPC and SEO services to UK businesses. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Sales Manager to help us generate new business opportunities, book high-quality sales calls, and fuel our growth. We're a tight-knit, ambitious team with a passion for delivering measurable results and building strong relationships.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Business Development Sales Manager to join our growing team. Your core responsibility will be outbound outreach—calling local businesses, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery calls for our senior team to pitch our PPC and SEO services.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), ideal for someone with 12–24 months of sales or office experience who’s confident on the phone, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a digital-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and identify new business opportunities in key industries
· Conduct cold calls and outbound emails to introduce Hatch’s services
· Qualify leads and book discovery calls for our senior PPC/SEO team
· Use platforms like Hunter.io and Apollo to support data sourcing and outreach
· Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM
· Track all outreach activity and call outcomes
· Work toward weekly and monthly sales meeting targets
· Continuously build your understanding of digital marketing (PPC/SEO)
· Learn about the industries our clients operate in to better tailor outreach
· Share insights from your conversations to help improve messaging and targeting
About You
You’re a confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with people. You enjoy building rapport, asking the right questions, and uncovering opportunities—especially over the phone. You’re motivated by targets, excited by the idea of influencing business growth, and eager to develop your skills in a fast-moving digital marketing environment.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If:
· 12–24 months of experience in an office-based or sales environment
· Confident making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers
· Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient when handling objections
· Articulate, personable, and great at building rapport quickly
· Well-organised and detail-oriented when managing multiple leads
· Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRMs
· Experience with Hunter.io or Apollo is a strong plus
· Based in Bristol or North Somerset and can reliably commute 2–3 days per week
What We Offer
· Competitive part-time base salary (£13,200–£15,000)
· Uncapped commission on booked meetings and client conversions
· OTE of £18,000–£23,000/year with high potential for growth
· Hands-on training in digital marketing and consultative B2B sales
· Exposure to industry tools like Apollo, and Google Workspace
