Care Home Manager Location: Stourport-on-Severn Salary: Up to £52,000 plus bonus Are you an experienced home manager looking to join a GOOD rated home ran by a leading charitable organisation? I am recruiting for a home manager for a fantastic home, even rated outstanding in one area, in Stourport- on – Severn area for one of my favourite providers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized, good-rated residential home. - Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent knowledge of regulations. - Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care to residents. - Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care standards. - Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Manager. - Currently managing a GOOD or OUTSTANDING care home with marketing experience - Demonstrated passion for care and commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing, a strong leader who is happy to adapt to changes - Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
