Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or Navisworks is beneficial. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment. Irish construction experience As a Junior Mechanical Engineer: Assist in the coordination and supervision of mechanical installations on-site, including HVAC, medical gases, domestic services, and associated systems. Review mechanical design drawings and specifications, raising queries and assisting in resolving coordination issues. Work with the site engineering and project management teams to monitor progress and ensure quality control of mechanical works. Support the preparation and maintenance of daily and weekly reports, including site records, RFI logs, and material trackers. Attend technical and progress meetings, recording actions and following up with relevant stakeholders. Assist with commissioning and handover activities including witnessing testing procedures and preparing relevant documentation. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works. Adhere to site safety standards and participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect between €35k - €40k plus package.
