Igloo is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive company based in Bicester. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Production Supervisor to oversee a busy workshop operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong bodyshop background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.
The Role:
1. Oversee both morning and afternoon shifts, managing a team of around 16 staff
2. Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the workshop
3. Drive productivity and maximise the efficiency of the bodyshop output
4. Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance
5. Report on team output, KPIs, and operational figures to senior management
The Person:
6. Must have a strong background within an automotive bodyshop environment
7. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is essential
8. An ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential
9. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are key
