Role Overview: As a key member of the Alliance Healthcare UK (AHUK) communications team, the Communications Executive - Digital will play a vital role in supporting digital communications for Alliance Healthcare. You will be key member of the AHUK communications team responsible for creating and implementing digital communication materials across the existing channels, for a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Developing engaging digital content which align with our strategic goals and guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Communications:

* Implementation (Execution): Supporting the team with the implementation of the AHUK digital communications strategy across digital comms projects and campaign, within agreed timelines and budgets. Including Teams Live Events.

* Maintaining digital channels: Support the communications team on managing content posted on all digital channels including Centro, TV screens, Linked In and digital signage.

* Data: Support the management of customer email address and data from customer portal to allow effective and accurate communications.

2. Business Communications:

* Support the content creation of business communications with copywriting drafts and coordinating approvals and scheduling.

* Supporting a calendar of activities and initiatives across corporate responsibility and inclusion.

* Generating PR content on initiatives across internal and own channel – external.

3. Social Media Management

* Support the content creation and content management (scheduling) for social media channels

* Drive content proposals for the Alphega in the UK LinkedIn channel when required

* Review the effectiveness of all platforms / activities against metrics, communicate insights and recommendations for next steps

4. Video Management:

* Working with external agencies where appropriate to plan, design and create video content to support communications campaigns to clear deadlines and within budget.

* Support the management and implementation of video content across our digital channels

* Support the Digital Comms Manager on bringing to life the Cencora purpose and guiding principles by creating engaging digital content featuring real people and real stories.

5. Measuring Success:

* Support the creation and analysis of communication metrics, using these to assess the effectiveness of internal communication methods and channels, advising our approach and commitment to continually improve.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

* Proven experience in digital communications, managing digital channels, scheduling content

* Experience creating engaging content to inform and excite a range of audiences

* Strong editing skills

* People skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others

* Strong digital communication tools and platforms

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Good copywriting skills

* Excellent team player with a great ‘can do’ attitude

* Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to work

* You will be part of a supportive and friendly team of 6, working closely with functional leaders, communications team members across Cencora and external partners.
