The Opportunity:
Role:Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location:Maidstone
Start Date:ASAP until Summer 2025
Schedule:Full-time, Monday to Friday, Term-time only
Salary:£450 - £500 per week

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a degree (2:2 or above)—all disciplines are welcome, though a core subject is preferred.
* Be supportive, friendly, and approachable.
* Demonstrate resilience and motivation, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
* Have a creative and reflective mindset, capable of delivering well-structured support sessions to individuals.
* Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and student-focused team.
* Ideally have some experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
* Be able to reliably commute to theMaidstonearea.
