I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded Top 200 law firm that has been providing legal and wealth management services for over a century. The firm has a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the Midlands and is known for its supportive, forward-thinking culture.The RoleThis is an ideal role for a newly qualified or junior solicitor/legal executive (0–3 years PQE) looking to build a career in family law within a busy and friendly team. You'll have the chance to work on a broad range of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial proceedings following divorce/separation
* Private law children matters
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Cohabitation and separation agreements
You’ll be supported by senior team members and have access to excellent internal training and marketing support, helping you build confidence and grow your caseload.Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality legal services to individual clients
* Support the development of new business and help grow the family law offering
* Handle your own caseload under supervision as you develop
* Keep up to date with family law developments and best practices
* Maintain proper financial and file management in line with firm procedures
* Engage in cross-referrals and support firm-wide business development efforts

About YouEssential:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (0–3 years PQE)
* Familiarity with core family law matters
* Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Proactive and eager to learn from senior colleagues
* Comfortable using legal software and drafting your own documents
Desirable:
* Previous experience using SOS Connect or a similar case management system
* Confidence in marketing and networking
* Some advocacy or public speaking experience
