We are looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Maintenance Team. Our stores and offices rely on our support teams to function smoothly.

Responsibilities
* Confidently interact with external contractors to coordinate repairs
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide quality service
* Sustain high energy levels while managing multiple tasks
* Assist the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities
* Minimize customer disruption during repairs
* Ensure all Tesco sites are safe and operational
* Follow work schedules to achieve first-time fixes
* Share best practices and knowledge with team members
* Perform general day-to-day store and property maintenance
* Utilize mobile devices for work updates
* Represent Tesco values and maintain a positive attitude
* Attend meetings and contribute feedback
* Support a diverse and inclusive culture
Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction, and digital confidence using tablets and email are essential. You should demonstrate enthusiasm for high standards and hold the following:
* ONC or equivalent qualification
* Full driving license
* Health & Safety awareness
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Office 365 knowledge
* Completed technical upskilling modules relevant to the role
