We are seeking a Part time/Seasonal Viewing Agent to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in showcasing our properties to prospective clients and supporting our company's growth. Your contribution will help us deliver exceptional service and expand our reach in the property market.
Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and buyers in a professional manner.
* Assist in coordinating property visits/inspections and managing scheduling.
* Provide clear information about properties, highlighting features that meet client needs.
* Support the sales and leasing process by gathering feedback from viewings.
* Maintain organized records of viewings and client interactions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth property tours.
* Represent the company positively during all interactions with clients.
* Contribute to the overall success of property marketing efforts.
* Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not required.
