Purpose of the role:\n\nYou will develop & grow the Unilever Ice Cream range in the Out of Home channel with existing customers and high value prospective customers.\n\nAs the Customer Development Executive your role's primary focus is to territory manage a cluster of circa (Apply online only) independent leisure accounts, whilst prospecting for new high-profile accounts.\n\nDefine “where to play "and “How to Win” to unlock sustainable & profitable growth using data driven decision making.\n\nYou will also own and shape your territory strategy, supported by your regional business development manager to deliver Territory & Sales Growth Targets.\n\nYou will lead and own the relationship with your local wholesaler representatives and may be asked to manage a small number of regional wholesalers.\n\nResponsibilities of the role:\n\nWork with relevant departments and teams to build improved business plans and share best practice.\n\nWork closely with the RTM counterparts to deliver on common objectives in account.\n\nEnsure all data is captured accurately and in full via salesforce tool.\n\nOwn and execute and deliver all KPIs set throughout the year.\n\nHigh level of planning to ensure coverage is achieved monthly.\n\nProspecting high profile new customers within the territory.\n\nBuild strong and sustainable customer relationships.\n\nApproaching everything with an entrepreneurial mindset.\n\nDevelop and deliver the execution plan, working closely with the customers and channel marketing team.\n\nEnsure all JBPs agreed, and documents signed by customer, scanned, and stored in central location as per company process.\n\nLeading contractual customer negotiations, working within Legal & Finance Framework set by your regional business development manager.\n\nAll Administrative tasks are completed in full and in a timely manner.\n\nSkills & Experience required:\n\nSignificant working experience in a sales environment and track record of growing and developing territory/accounts.\n\nDevelopment of Joint Business Plans proposals from customer through to manager sign-off.\n\nDevelopment of new and existing customer relationships.\n\nAbility to work both independently and as a team member\n\nGood communication and 'people skills'.\n\nA demonstrable customer focused attitude.\n\nResilience and tenacity.\n\nStrong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite, but also able to demonstrate an ability to understand and utilise other sales systems.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\nCompetitive Salary\n\nCompany Car\n\nFuel Card\n\nTablet\n\nPhone\n\nIncentive Scheme\n\nPension\n\nLife Assurance\n\n30 days holiday\n\nHealthshield Care Plan
