This role is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the clinical team. To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies. Tasks include, uploading referrals, taking telephone enquiries from service users, diary management; arranging appointments; correspondence; email management; spreadsheet management; minute taking, working alongside and providing admin support to the clinical team. A good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Knowledge of Carenotes would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
