Senior Property Surveyor
Award-winning organizations seek a Senior Property Surveyor to lead casework and drive business development in our Rating Team. As part of our close-knit team, you will support senior team members, assist with client liaison, and prepare valuation data.
Main Responsibilities
* To grow, manage, and progress own casework under appropriate supervision.
* Property inspection and measurement, including analysis of rental, trade, and build costs.
* Liaising with public bodies and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Business Development with a view to increasing fee income through targeted client engagement.

This Senior Property Surveyor role involves progressing tenant and owner/occupier appeal work, consultancy work, and supporting a Partner and other senior individuals within the Business Rates team.

Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience dealing with Billing Authorities and/or Scottish Assessors/Valuation Office Agency.
* A strong understanding of property inspection and measurement techniques.
