Teaching Assistant – 1:1 ADHD Support Location: Primary School, Formby (L37 3JT) Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, Term-time Salary: £89.85 - £101.79 per day About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD in a welcoming and inclusive primary school. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting a Year group pupil with ADHD on a 1:1 basis. Implementing tailored strategies to aid focus, engagement, and emotional regulation. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management. Encouraging positive social interaction and confidence-building. Liaising with SENCO, parents, and external agencies where appropriate. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children with ADHD or additional needs. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
