About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a nurturing and inspiring environment for our youngest learners. Working with children aged 2–5 years, you’ll help ensure our brand new nursery is a safe, stimulating, and caring space where every child can thrive.
1. Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
2. Contract: Term time only (38 weeks per year)
3. Salary: £26959 (full-time equivalent) | £20109 actual salary
What You’ll Be Doing
As Deputy Nursery Supervisor, you will:
4. Support the delivery of high-quality early years provision
5. Help maintain outstanding standards across the nursery
6. Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
7. Work closely with colleagues to support children’s development and wellbeing
8. Contribute to the wider life of our friendly and inclusive school community
✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
9. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
10. Experienced, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
11. Energetic, positive, and a true team player
12. A confident communicator with a great sense of humour
13. Passionate about making a difference in children’s early development
