Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant area, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order.
* Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is an advantage.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanour.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
