Highly important that the candidates have 3 years experiences minimum in a large scale restaurant set up.
Someone who has a stable employment history with knowledge of wines and British cuisine
Run service and support senior management team Occasionally run section.
£42'000 per annum ( House £31'750 /Tronc £10'250) based on 48hrs a week and paid hourly

Restaurants shift pattern as follows;
1500 0000/0030 weekdays (Tuesday/Wednesday night could be 2300 or earlier finishes)
Fridays and Saturdays are either 1500/1600/1700/1800 0330/0400
Between 3 to 4 closing shifts
Mainly evening shifts with occasional lunch shifts
Closed on Mondays and Sunday dinner except some special dates
