Chambers Wales is looking for a Digital and Membership Assistant who brings energy, curiosity and a positive attitude. If you love meeting people, creating content and being part of a fast-paced business environment, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do
* Create engaging visuals and digital content using Canva
* Support social media scheduling and online engagement
* Assist with newsletters and member communications
* Help deliver events and capture content, stories and photography
* Welcome members and support simple enquiries
* Assist with onboarding new members
* Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date

* Friendly, confident communication and people skills
* An eye for design and strong attention to detail
* Curiosity about business and how organisations grow
* Someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting others
* Openness to feedback and development
* Full UK driver's licence
