* Tuesday and Wednesday only
* Split shift: 8:00am – 10:00am and 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to transport adults with disabilities to and from our day centre. The role involves providing safe, comfortable, and respectful transport while supporting passengers with varying mobility and support needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely drive the centre's minibus to collect and return service users on planned routes.
* Assist passengers boarding and exiting the vehicle, including use of wheelchair restraints and access equipment where required.
* Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly.
* Ensure passengers are transported with dignity, patience, and respect at all times.
* Maintain accurate transport logs and follow agreed schedules.
* Communicate effectively with centre staff, families, and carers regarding pickups and drop-offs.
* Follow all health and safety, safeguarding, and road traffic regulations.
Requirements
* Valid driving licence with D1 entitlement (or appropriate category to drive a minibus).
* Clean driving record preferred.
* Experience driving a minibus or transporting passengers is desirable.
* Experience working with people with disabilities or vulnerable adults is an advantage.
* Good communication skills and a calm, friendly approach.
* Ability to work independently and reliably during split shifts.

Additional Information
* Relevant training will be provided, including safeguarding and passenger safety procedures.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
