This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer to take ownership of the marketing function within a growing specialist B2B business.

Working closely with the Director, you'll have the freedom to review existing marketing activity, influence future strategy and implement campaigns that deliver real commercial results. With responsibility spanning content, social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC and brand development, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's marketing direction and supporting its continued growth.

As the business continues to evolve, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, bring fresh ideas to the table and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. From leading digital campaigns to launching an exciting new podcast initiative, this is a role that offers both variety and autonomy in equal measure.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer to step into a highly autonomous role where they can genuinely influence marketing direction and business growth.

Working closely with the Director, you'll be given the freedom to review current marketing activity, shape future strategy and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results. Taking ownership of marketing across multiple brands, you'll play a key role in enhancing visibility, generating leads and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a 9-month maternity cover contract, offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation while gaining exposure to a broad mix of strategic and hands-on marketing responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities - Senior Digital Marketing Executive


Marketing Strategy & Planning

* Review existing marketing activity and identify opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with the Director to help shape and deliver the wider marketing strategy
* Monitor performance and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement


Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
* Create, optimise and report on Google Ads activity
* Support lead generation and brand awareness objectives across the business


Content & Social Media

* Manage and grow the company's social media presence
* Create engaging content for social channels, websites and marketing campaigns
* Write blogs, case studies and other thought leadership content
* Support brand storytelling and audience engagement initiatives


CRM & Email Marketing

* Design and distribute targeted email campaigns to a substantial customer database
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise engagement and conversion rates
* Support ongoing customer communication and nurturing activity


Website & SEO

* Manage website content and updates through WordPress
* Implement SEO best practice across all digital content
* Help improve organic visibility and website performance


Creative & Podcast Development

* Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Support brand consistency across all channels
* Lead the planning, development and launch of a new company podcast


Your Background - Senior Digital Marketing Executive

* At least three years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social marketing
* Experience managing email marketing campaigns and CRM communications
* Confident creating content across a variety of channels and formats
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Experience using WordPress or a similar CMS platform
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
* A proactive and commercially minded approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects
* Someone who enjoys working autonomously and influencing marketing direction
