Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Key Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. The Key Account Manager will manage key Industrial and PPE accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet current client-based needs, seek and obtain new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue. This role requires a self-starting attitude with the ability of being highly organised. Strong closing skills are essential. You'll act as the primary point of contact for major clients, working closely with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.
Responsibilities
* Account Management:
* Serve as the main liaison for assigned key accounts in the Industry and PPE sectors.
* Understand client requirements for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
* Relationship Building:
* Develop strong, long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
* Conduct regular business reviews and site visits to maintain engagement.
* Sales & Growth:
* Identify opportunities for upselling PPE products and industrial solutions.
* Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Compliance & Technical Expertise:
* Ensure all products meet relevant standards posed by clients (e.g., EN, ISO).
* Provide support and guidance on Industrial / PPE specifications and certifications.
* Strategic Planning:
* Develop and execute account plans aligned with client and company goals.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
* Communicate client feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or sales within Industry or PPE sectors.
* Strong knowledge of PPE standards, industrial safety requirements, and compliance regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
