The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Leasehold and lease extensions
* High‑value and complex property matters
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top‑tier legal advice.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
