A well-established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Brighton office.

The role will include:
* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters
* Liaising with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions
* Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
You’ll be supported by an experienced assistant and be part of a collaborative property team, where colleagues are approachable and happy to share knowledge.

1. This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner who is confident managing their own files and enjoys building relationships with clients.
