The Opportunity


We’re looking for an exceptional Business Operations Administrator to power our operational excellence. You’ll help keep our processes sharp, efficient, and ready for growth - ensuring we delight customers every single day.

This is a critical role at the beating heart of our operations: you’ll manage everything from client billing and order processing to campaign fulfilment and customer support. You’ll work with a high-energy team in a business where no two days are the same, and where you’ll be expected to bring fresh thinking, initiative, and a sharp eye for improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage client billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Oversee customer orders from end to end, updating systems and delivering on SLAs
* Handle campaign fulfilment for physical and digital rewards
* Manage audience lists and distribute codes via our platform
* Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and live chat (Freshdesk)
* Collaborate with commercial, sales, and product teams to resolve issues quickly
* Support financial processes with account reconciliation and proper documentation
* Prepare operational reports and analytics to deliver actionable insights
* Maintain and improve our CRM systems
* Proactively identify and implement operational best practices and new tools
* Act as a daily liaison between operations, commercial teams and customers

* Operations-focused, with the confidence to challenge processes and improve them
* Able to build deep product knowledge to support smooth, scalable operations
* A self-starter with experience in a similar role
