🔍 Key Responsibilities
Assist Lawyers in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Organise and maintain legal files and documentation
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
Prepare exhibits and case materials for trial or hearings
Support trial preparation, including compiling evidence and witness statements✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience within Family Law
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
