The on target earning potential for this role is 33,469.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of 28,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of 4,500 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE. ABOUT THE ROLE As our team continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join us and help elevate our drinks offering. You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden - a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local ales and seasonal specials. Bringing creativity and flair to our drinks menu, with opportunities to suggest new ideas and seasonal offerings. Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Supporting the team during busy service periods and contributing to a positive working environment. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality setting. A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and customer service. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
